TRUST features a cocktail program unmatched in central Kentucky. The cocktail has been part of the American story for nearly 200 years. But as with most things cultural, times change, preferences shift and tastes can sometimes take awkward turns. TRUST, however, would like to assure you that the classic cocktail – that perfect marriage of liquor mixed with a hand-picked selection of juices and garnishes – is at the heart of what we do.

TRUST encourages you to ask our highly trained bartenders for recommendations to help guide your experience. Try new things, even the ones that may scare you a little, you will find yourself pleasantly surprised. TRUST us! We take pride in using freshly squeezed juices, and working locally and sustainably whenever possible. We make our own syrups, infusions, and bitters. Our cocktails are stirred or shaken to a chill using only the best ice from Kold-Draft.
